I woke up feeling really tired and groggy this morning. I know it's because I ate a meal at 1am last night. why? I have a theory, that when you eat really late and then go to bed, your body is still awake while your conscious mind isn't. Your stomach is busy digesting away all the food you ate, because you have a messed-up eating schedule where every meal is overdue by three or four hours (sorry, "you" is actually "i"). kinda make sense?
