Caught this sucker as it was crawling on the wall. Anyone seen these before or know what the heck these things are?

As I was taking pictures of this shek, I spotted its brother sprinting across the carpet, probably on a search & rescue mission. Too bad he's the one who needs to be rescued now, hahahah.
